Frequently asked questions
Do I need an internet connection to use ICE OS?
No. After one-time license confirmation, ICE OS runs fully locally on your computer. You only need the internet if you want to visit a website or receive emails.
What happens to my existing data?
You can transfer your documents, images, and mails. If you need help, get in touch - we’re happy to do it together with you.
Will my existing programs continue to work?
Office, email, browser, PDF programs and many other standard applications run directly. For special software, ask our Butler above or write to us.
How can I pay?
TWINT, credit card and PostFinance via our Swiss payment provider Zahls.ch.
What do I get after ordering?
Within a few minutes after payment, you will receive an email with your personal download link. The license is issued in your name and has no time limit.
Can I buy multiple licenses at the same time?
Yes. From two licenses onwards, the price per license automatically becomes cheaper. You can see the bulk prices in the order form.
What about updates?
Updates are included in your license and can be installed with one click. No cloud requirement, no account obligation.
Can I transfer the license to a new computer?
Yes. When changing devices, we transfer the license for you. Just write to us at support@tb-software.ch.
