What LenaX does differently
LenaX is not a chatbot that sounds nice. It is a memory you can rely on. It finds everything, even if the question is asked in completely different words than what is in the document. It answers completely and seamlessly compiles distributed information, all locations, all rules, all cases. It remains precise: for almost identical documents, it provides exactly the right one, not a similar one; names, numbers, and codes match. And it never forgets; the memory grows with the company.
Local and private
The most important thing first: LenaX runs in-house. The knowledge remains on your own systems; nothing is sent to a foreign cloud. For contracts, salaries, access data, and everything that is nobody else’s business, this is not a minor issue but a condition.
The proof
There are many beautiful promises. Therefore, we subjected LenaX to a rigorous test: 341 documents, including 320 intentionally similar distractions and tricky questions. The result: ten out of ten answers correct and complete. The only unique fact among the 341 documents was ranked first, distributed information was listed seamlessly, and this in less than one-fifth of a second per answer.
